Responsibilities May Include:

- Assisting clients with daily personal care and hygiene.
- Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities as needed.
- Preparing meals and providing assistance with feeding when necessary.
- Providing companionship through conversation, activities, and social interaction.
- Assisting with walking, mobility, and transfers according to the client's care plan.
- Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and keeping the home tidy.
- Providing medication reminders as outlined in the client's care plan.
- Supporting clients with everyday routines while encouraging independence.
- Communicating important updates or concerns to the office and care team.

Flexible Scheduling Opportunities

We understand that everyone has different scheduling needs. CareOne offers a variety of assignments that may fit your availability.

- Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Weekday and weekend opportunities.
- Part-time and additional hours may be available.

- Competitive Pay: $15–$17 per hour for regular caregiver assignments.
- Specialty Assignments: Opportunities to earn up to $22.50 per hour.
- Next-Day Pay Options: Access eligible earnings before your regular payday.
- Referral Bonus: $150 for eligible caregiver referrals after 90 days of good standing.

Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Dependable, patient, and compassionate.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to complete required background screening and TB testing.
- Must be able to follow client care plans and company policies.
- Previous caregiving or home care experience is welcome but not required for eligible entry-level positions.
