About the role
You will lead the L&D unit with accountability for operations, budget and staffing, oversee plans of care, and step in clinically during high census.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; advanced degree preferred
- 2 years of recent L&D supervisor or charge nurse experience
- Texas or compact RN license
- BLS; NRP within 3 months; AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring within 1 year
