About the role
You will lead a Level IV NICU, with full accountability for clinical practice, patient safety and quality of care for neonates. The role includes supervising staff at several levels, payroll, budget, capital and business planning, and process improvement.
Requirements
- 2 years of recent Level IV NICU leadership experience
- BSN required; advanced degree preferred
- Texas or compact RN license
- BLS and NRP
