- Define and clarify business requirements
- Clarify system, functional, integration, and operational requirements
- Communicate with all stakeholders, including external companies, vendors, and development teams
- Manage the backlog and drive operational improvements

Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 8+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product management or high-level design/R&D at a vendor.
- Strong understanding of IT technical skills, including protocols, databases, and coding.
- Proven experience in clarifying business and system requirements.
- Proficient in creating functional and interface specification documents.
- Experienced in developing comprehensive test cases and scenarios.
- Hands-on experience with production troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage parallel development projects effectively.
- High proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 level or above).
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with BSS in the telecom industry
- Experience in development, coding, and SQL
- Experience with Billing, Payment, EC Portals, and API-based integration
