当社では、AI/ML、生成AI、エージェント型AI、およびデータアーキテクチャに関する取り組みを主導するAIアーキテクトを募集しています。本職務では、拡張性の高いAIソリューションの設計、ガバナンスの枠組みの構築に加え、AIトランスフォーメーション、ソリューションのロードマップ策定、プリセールス活動といった領域において、クライアントへ戦略的なガイダンスを提供していただきます。

主な職務：

- AI、機械学習（ML）、生成AI（GenAI）、エージェント型AI（Agentic AI）、およびデータ＆アナリティクスの領域において、クライアントに戦略的な助言や先駆的な知見（ソートリーダーシップ）を提供し、AIトランスフォーメーションの取り組みを推進する。
- ビジネスおよび技術面のステークホルダーと連携し、機能要件・非機能要件に加え、セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、拡張性のニーズを考慮した、目指すべきAIアーキテクチャを策定する。
- AI/MLプラットフォーム、生成AIアプリケーション、LLM（大規模言語モデル）を活用したソリューション、RAG（検索拡張生成）アーキテクチャ、AIエージェント、データプラットフォーム、クラウドネイティブなAIエコシステムなど、エンドツーエンドのAIソリューションを設計し、その構築を統括する。
- ビジネス要件に合致したAIアーキテクチャおよびソリューションのロードマップを策定・提案し、ビジネス価値、投資対効果（ROI）、拡張性、および定量化可能な成果を明確に示す。
- 基盤モデル、AIプラットフォーム、クラウドサービス、ベクトルデータベース、オーケストレーション・フレームワーク、MLOps/LLMOpsの実践手法の選定に関するアーキテクチャ上の議論を主導する。
- 社内のステークホルダーと協力し、クライアントの要件に合わせたAI管理基準、ガイドライン、ガバナンス原則、およびポリシーを策定する。
- 提案書の作成やクライアント向けプレゼンテーションの実施など、プリセールス活動を主導する。
We are seeking an AI Architect to lead initiatives in AI/ML, generative AI, agentic AI, and data architecture. In this role, you will design highly scalable AI solutions and establish governance frameworks, while also providing strategic guidance to clients across areas such as AI transformation, solution roadmap development, and pre-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advice and thought leadership to clients in the fields of AI, machine learning (ML), generative AI (GenAI), agentic AI, and data & analytics, while driving AI transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define target AI architectures that account for functional and non-functional requirements, as well as needs related to security, compliance, and scalability.
- Design and oversee the development of end-to-end AI solutions, including AI/ML platforms, generative AI applications, solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, AI agents, data platforms, and cloud-native AI ecosystems.
- Develop and propose roadmaps for AI architectures and solutions that align with business requirements, clearly demonstrating business value, return on investment (ROI), scalability, and quantifiable outcomes.
- Lead architectural discussions regarding the selection of foundation models, AI platforms, cloud services, vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders to establish AI management standards, guidelines, governance principles, and policies tailored to client requirements.
- Lead pre-sales activities, including the preparation of proposals and the delivery of presentations to clients.

- IT（情報技術）分野において、12年以上の実務経験を有すること。
- 日本語および英語のバイリンガル能力（両言語に堪能であること）。
- 日本国籍を有するか、日本国内での就労が許可される有効なビザを保持していること。なお、現時点ではビザのスポンサーシップ（ビザ取得支援）は提供しておりません。
- AI/ML（人工知能／機械学習）、データアーキテクチャ、およびソリューション設計の分野において、10年以上の実務経験を有すること。
歓迎する資格・経験：

- AI/ML、エージェント型AIアーキテクチャ、ソリューション設計、データサイエンス、およびAIガバナンスの分野で8年以上の経験。
- AI/MLおよびデータ領域において、AIソリューションの設計、開発、デプロイ、運用に5年以上携わった経験。
- 生成AI、大規模言語モデル（LLM）、基盤モデル、プロンプトエンジニアリング、RAG（検索拡張生成）、AIエージェント、およびAIコパイロットプラットフォームに関する高度な専門知識。
- Azure、AWS、GCPなどのクラウド環境において、スケーラブルなAIアーキテクチャ、AIプラットフォーム、およびMLOps/LLMOpsフレームワークを設計・実装した経験。
- 責任あるAI（Responsible AI）、AIガバナンス、モデルライフサイクル管理、セキュリティ、プライバシー、およびコンプライアンス要件に関する深い理解。
- 優れた口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力。
- ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）に関する経験。
- 多様なステークホルダーが存在する環境において、チームの一員として効果的に業務を遂行する能力。
- グローバルなデリバリー環境での実務経験、またはそのような環境で働くことに対する強い意欲。
What we are looking for:

- Must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution or an equivalent international degree. Progressive, specialized professional experience in a related field may be accepted as a substitute for formal academic qualifications.
- Must have at least 12 years of professional experience in the IT (Information Technology) sector.
- Must be bilingual in Japanese and English (proficient in both languages).
- Must be a Japanese national or hold a valid visa that permits employment in Japan. Please note that visa sponsorship is not currently provided.
- Must have at least 10 years of professional experience in the fields of AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), data architecture, and solution design.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Over 8 years of experience in AI/ML, agentic AI architectures, solution design, data science, and AI governance.
- More than 5 years of experience in the AI/ML and data domain, covering the design, development, deployment, and operation of AI solutions.
- Advanced expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), foundation models, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and AI copilot platforms.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable AI architectures, AI platforms, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks within cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Deep understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, model lifecycle management, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in environments with diverse stakeholders.
- Practical experience in global delivery environments, or a strong motivation to work in such an environment.
