主な職務：

- GitHub Copilot、GitHub Enterprise、GitHub Models、GitHub Actionsといったソリューションを活用し、AI主導の開発手法を企業全体で導入・定着させる取り組みを主導する。
- AIを活用したコードのモダナイゼーション（近代化）ツールの導入と活用を推進する。
- AIを用いてソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）を変革するためのロードマップを策定する。
- AIOpsおよびインテリジェントな運用体制を設計・推進する。
- GitHubおよびDevSecOpsへの移行・変革プロジェクトを主導する。
- 開発者の生産性を向上させるためのユースケースを特定し、優先順位を決定する。
- 導入戦略、ガバナンスモデル、および成功指標（KPI）を定義する。
- 大規模な企業環境におけるAIエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスを確立する。
- 部門横断的なチームと連携し、変化の激しい環境下で各種施策を実行する。
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead initiatives in enterprise AI adoption, AIOps implementation, and transformations involving GitHub and DevSecOps. This role will be responsible for driving improvements in developer productivity and modernizing the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives to adopt and embed AI-driven development practices across the organization, leveraging solutions such as GitHub Copilot, GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Models, and GitHub Actions.
- Drive the adoption and utilization of AI-powered code modernization tools.
- Develop a roadmap to transform the software development life cycle (SDLC) using AI.
- Design and promote AIOps and intelligent operational frameworks.
- Lead transformation and migration projects centered on GitHub and DevSecOps.
- Identify and prioritize use cases aimed at enhancing developer productivity.
- Define adoption strategies, governance models, and success metrics (KPIs).
- Establish best practices for AI engineering within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives in a rapidly evolving environment.

- また、以下のいずれかの領域において、3年以上の実務（ハンズオン）経験が求められます：AIOpsソリューションの設計・実装・運用、ソフトウェア開発向けエンタープライズプラットフォームの構築・運用、AIを活用したソフトウェア開発、DevSecOpsの実装、および開発プロセスの変革の推進。
- 認定された教育機関における学士号、またはそれと同等の資格が必要です。学士号がない場合でも、関連分野における継続的かつ着実な実務経験があれば検討の対象となります。その際、3年間の実務経験を1年間の正規教育と同等とみなします。
歓迎する資格・経験：

- GitLab、Bitbucket、Azure DevOps、SVNといった他のソースコード管理プラットフォームから、エンタープライズ向けソフトウェア開発プラットフォームへの移行プロジェクトを主導した経験。
- 開発者の生産性向上および開発プロセスの変革を目指し、AIを活用したコーディング支援ツールの導入を推進した経験。
- 生成AI（Generative AI）、エージェント型AI（Agentic AI）、大規模言語モデル（LLM）、AIエンジニアリング、および責任あるAI（Responsible AI）に関する知識、または実務経験。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびプレゼンテーション能力。
- ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル（SDLC）全体に対する包括的な理解と、それに基づく実務経験。
- 多様なステークホルダーと連携し、プロジェクトを効果的に推進する能力。
- グローバルチームでの勤務経験、またはグローバルな環境で働くことへの強い意欲。
- 応募者は、日本国籍を有しているか、あるいは日本国内での就労が認められる有効なビザ（在留資格）を保持している必要があります。
What are we looking for:

- Candidates must have at least 8 years of professional experience in one or more of the following fields: software engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, cloud transformation, or IT operations.
- Additionally, candidates must possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: designing, implementing, and operating AIOps solutions; building and managing enterprise platforms for software development; AI-enabled software development; implementing DevSecOps; or driving the transformation of development processes.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution—or an equivalent qualification—is required. Candidates without a bachelor’s degree may still be considered, provided they have a consistent and solid track record of professional experience in a relevant field; in such cases, 3 years of professional experience will be considered equivalent to 1 year of formal education.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience leading migration projects—moving from source code management platforms such as GitLab, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or SVN to an enterprise-grade software development platform.
- Experience driving the adoption of AI-powered coding assistance tools aimed at enhancing developer productivity and transforming development processes.
- Knowledge of or practical experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI engineering, and Responsible AI.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and practical experience applying it.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and effectively drive projects forward.
- Experience working within a global team, or a strong motivation to work in a global environment.
- Applicants must either hold Japanese citizenship or possess a valid visa (residence status) that permits employment in Japan.
