About this role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Technical Lead to manage Azure cloud infrastructure maintenance and operations, with expertise in Azure Landing Zone, PaaS, IaaS, ITIL, incident management, automation, and continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilties:
- Manage the execution of routine and non-routine operational tasks.
- Promote incident management, problem management, change management, and configuration management.
- Handle various events related to customer initiatives and related projects.
- Estimate, design operations, and handle actual operations for individual projects arising from maintenance and operation.
- Propose feature additions, provide implementation support, and support releases based on customer requests and technology trends.
- Promote standardization, automation, and continuous improvement activities for operational tasks.
- Lead maintenance and operation of the cloud infrastructure based on the Azure Landing Zone architecture.
### Requirements
What are we looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in system operations.
- 3+ years of experience in system construction or operation and maintenance in an Azure environment.
- Understanding of ITIL, equivalent to ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent, able to accurately and smoothly communicate complex business issues both orally and in writing.
- English: Conversational, with basic reading and writing skills, able to hold everyday conversations, read and write simple texts, and understand and respond to basic business communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a leader or sub-leader in a team of 5 or more people.
- Knowledge or practical experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Technical skills in the network domain, equivalent to CCNA or higher.
- Experience in system construction, operation, and maintenance in an AWS or GCP environment.
- Ability to proactively take on new technologies and unfamiliar areas.
