Job Description:
As a Busser you will be supporting the TiAmo Restaurant.
Job Requirements:
- Provide supplies to all servers.
- Polish and stock equipment for operations (silverware, linens & glassware).
- Set up, clear and clean tables before, during, and after the service.
- Set up the tables with tabletop equipment per design.
- Ensures that the guest tables are cleaned to our standards in a timely fashion.
- Ensure coffee is made and ready to be served.
- The ability to assist servers as requested.
- Performs all opening and closing side duties.
- Have complete knowledge of all food and beverages items on the menu.
- Communicate proper flow with the kitchen staff.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of assigned stations.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow team members, and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma and/or GED preferred.
- Previous bussing experience is a plus but will train.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

- The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
- Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
