Job Title: Project/Program Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead impactful research programs. In this role, you will collaborate across various internal teams including leadership, science, product, marketing, and legal departments. You will also interact directly with external researchers to facilitate cutting-edge research initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement roadmaps and schedules for the program to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
- Report project status and uphold program standards.
- Support the scaling of external research calls-for-proposals and grant-making programs.
- Coordinate with award recipients and points-of-contact to collect and disseminate project information to stakeholders and management.
- Manage workflows involving payments and legal contacts.
- Organize data and research proposals for the launch of new initiatives including a science repository and a new CRM with custom proposal management.
- Leverage data analytics skills to organize data, support metrics reporting, and influence the build of team dashboards.
- Coordinate the collection of research insights and outcomes.
- Continuously improve research program processes for increased efficiency.
- Contribute to academic outreach efforts across programs both internally and externally.
Essential Skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Experience in business analytics or data organization, management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis, research analysis, and business analysis.
- Experience with Salesforce software and CRM.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, business analytics, engineering, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in business, business analytics, engineering, or program/product management preferred.
Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, requiring at least 3 days in the office from 9 am to 5 pm. The role involves around 40% Salesforce build/configuration, 25% data management, 20% stakeholder engagement, and 15% documentation and reporting. You will be part of a team that manages academic research partnerships and the science community, working on key projects such as Salesforce custom implementation, data migration and integrity management, dashboard development, and user adoption training.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
