Purpose

As Procurement Corporate Center Team Leader, you will lead the Corporate Center category mandate by shaping sourcing strategy, strengthening governance and outsourcing discipline, and delivering resilient, value-driven procurement outcomes with senior stakeholders, category teams, suppliers and external partners.

What you will be doing

- Shape, implement and govern the Corporate Center procurement strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, service resilience, regulatory expectations and stakeholder value.

- Drive long-term sourcing plans that secure reliable supply, optimize total cost of ownership, strengthen supplier performance and support enterprise-wide value delivery.

- Own the continuous review and enhancement of procurement processes, procedures and the Corporate Center Procurement Category Playbook, embedding governance, consistency and operational efficiency.

- Undertake high-complexity and multi-category RFx projects.

- Develop service-specific playbooks and negotiation strategies for assigned services, ensuring alignment with market best practices, company standards and category objectives.

- Lead and manage the team assigned to the Corporate Center Procurement Category.

- Lead vendor negotiations and contract outcomes that balance competitive pricing, service quality, risk mitigation, performance accountability and business continuity.

- Identify and qualify alternative supply sources to diversify the supplier base, improve commercial leverage, enhance service resilience and create sustainable value.

- Conduct regular market intelligence and supplier screening to identify emerging strategic opportunities, assess capability gaps across the Corporate Center supplier base, and build meaningful partnerships with external providers.

- Cultivate a high-performance team by inspiring your team while fostering a culture of empowerment, accountability and inclusion.

- Lead and liaise on technology-enabled evolving procurement transformation initiatives that enable technology-driven evolution, align with business and strategic priorities, support operating model development, and advance procurement maturity.

What you need to have

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Accounting or Economics.

- A Master’s degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.

- 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including proven experience in people management.

- Solid experience in procurement, contract and vendor management, with exposure to complex and multi-category requirements.

- Strong understanding of demand and supply analysis, supplier risk assessment, budgeting and financial analysis.

- Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and apply sound business judgment to procurement decisions.

- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to create an environment of empowerment, accountability and inclusion.

- Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across different functions and levels.

- Excellent communication, decision-making and complex problem-solving skills, combined with a clear focus on delivering results.

- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
