Purpose
As a Shipping Operations Associate Relationship Manager, you are responsible for the supportive activities of the operations services of shipping.

What you will be doing
- Support and assist Relationship Managers in various tasks related to managing and developing professional relationships with shipping customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records with the required actions for the opening of the corporate accounts of customers, including the collection of legalization and other documents.
- Prepare supporting documentation material for account opening and maintenance.
- Assist in scheduling customers meetings and preparing meeting materials.
- Collaborate with Shipping Operations Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers in the promotion of deposit and other products (such as the issuance of personal and/or corporate cards).
What you need to have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Shipping or related fields
- At least two (2) years of working experience in relevant roles
