PrideStaff is seeking Quality Control Technicians for a leading manufacturing client in Denver. These roles offer a clear pathway to long-term employment for reliable, quality-focused candidates.

QC Test Technician I

Focuses on visual inspections, continuity checks, basic documentation, and learning advanced testing procedures while training alongside senior technicians.

Primary Responsibilities:

Inspect wiring for accurate point-to-point connections, continuity, and arc flash installation standards using wiring diagrams.

Document non-conformances, damages, and inspection results in quality logs and system reports.

Assist in root cause analysis for non-conformances.

Conduct ship-loose inventory checks prior to final product shipping.

Prepare equipment for higher-level functional testing and shadow QC Tech IIs to learn advanced processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

2+ years of electrical equipment manufacturing experience.

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and basic electrical schematics.

Strong commitment to safety practices and attention to detail.

QC Test Technician II

Focuses on energized testing, safety exclusion setup, PLC/control module validation, and complex failure reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Set up safety exclusion zones and prepare equipment for energized testing per SOPs.

Perform hipot, voltage, and functional testing on equipment, including PLCs and control modules.

Complete full mechanical and electrical inspections; verify code and spacing requirements.

Initiate non-conformance reports, perform failure analysis, and inspect for post-test wear or damage.

Support QC Tech IIIs with warranty evaluations using documented testing data.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required (some engineering coursework preferred) .

2–4 years of electrical equipment testing experience.

Hands-on experience with hipot, functional, and voltage testing.

Familiarity with PLCs, control modules, and quality management documentation.
