Ideal Candidate Profile
What You'll Bring (Experience)
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate training and/or facilitation .
- Background in IT Service Delivery, Information Technology, or Customer Service is preferred.
- Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts .
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic Networking is a plus.
- Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and instructional design skills .
- Familiarity with tools such as Loom, iorad, or other content creation platforms is an advantage.
- Strong ability to build rapport and create a positive learning environment .
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, flexibility, and strong work ethic .
- Good time management and organizational skills .
- Willing to work shifting schedules and across multiple company sites , when required.

Your Impact Starts Here
Learning Program Design & Development
- Design, develop, and improve training programs for technical skills, soft skills, and professional development.
- Create training materials, presentations, instructional guides, job aids, videos, assessments, and onboarding resources.
- Review existing programs and update content, learning activities, and delivery methods to improve effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and updated training materials through proper documentation and version control.
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver technical and soft skills training through instructor-led sessions, virtual classes, workshops, and self-paced learning.
- Facilitate training on IT products, software applications, Microsoft 365, networking, IT support, communication, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving.
- Use interactive learning methods, including demonstrations, role-playing, group exercises, and practical activities.
- Adapt training approaches to different audiences, skill levels, and learning needs while maintaining an engaging learning environment.
Training Assessment & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify technical and soft skills gaps with Training, Operations, and client stakeholders.
- Develop learning interventions aligned with employee development needs and business objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and post-training performance.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on learning results, feedback, and operational requirements.
Collaboration & Team Support
- Partner with Training, Operations, and clients to align learning programs with business and performance needs.
- Support employee onboarding, knowledge transfer, and other learning and development initiatives.
- Contribute to training standards, best practices, and continuous improvement projects.
