Program Manager Description Position Summary We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee the development and launch of advanced engineering products. This individual will serve as the key connection between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are progressing on time, meeting business objectives, and delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical projects from initial planning through product launch.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for project-related communication and updates.
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, operations, quality, and other functional teams.
- Establish and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks, identify roadblocks, and drive resolution plans.
- Facilitate discussions between stakeholders to maintain alignment and accountability.
- Support product testing, customer reviews, and launch preparation activities.
- Manage project impacts related to changing customer needs or business priorities.
- Ensure successful execution of program goals while maintaining quality and delivery expectations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
- Hardware, electronics, battery, energy storage, automotive, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing experience.
- Exposure to product testing, validation, verification, certification, or regulatory requirements.
- Experience utilizing project management software such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools.
- PMP certification or other formal project management training.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and engineering change management.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
