Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in clients health or behavior to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a caregiving or direct care role preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Able to pass a background check
