Job Requirements
We are looking to fill an entry level sales position with Four Season Family of Companies as a Customer Service Specialist. As a part of the Four Seasons Produce Sales team, the Customer Service Specialist handles customer calls, performs sales entry and follow-up to our customers; including Produce Managers and Buyers at Independent Supermarkets, Co-ops, Natural Food Stores and Organic Markets that we supply.
THE BASICS:
- Location: 400 Wabash Rd, Ephrata, PA 17522
- Schedule: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- Pay: $18-$20
WHAT YOU DO:
- Perform sales entry of produce orders via phone, email, fax, online ordering, EDI from individual independent retailer accounts, that are part of a group managed by the Pricing & Ads Analysts or Sales Representative
- Perform sales entry for buyers from other store departments (Floral/Meat/Dairy/Fresh/Salad Bar departments)
- Answer inbound customer calls from a variety of accounts during heavy call volume periods
- Computer data entry into customer portals
- Follow-up on customer requirements that need to be managed through other departments
- Ad-hoc sales support activities, as needed, to help the department
- Other administrative / customer service duties, as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable talking to a variety of people on the phone
- Desire to help and serve others
- Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions with minimal assistance
- College degree in related business and/or sales discipline preferred
- Previous business to business customer service and/or produce department experience preferred
