Deburr Technician
Shift/Hours: Monday-Friday; Day Shift: 5:00 am- 1:30 pm
Pay Rate: $20.00/hr
Location: San Jose, CA
Experience: At least 1 year of deburring experience.

Deburr Technician Job Duties Include:
? Perform deburring, edge breaking, blending, sanding, grinding, polishing, and other finishing operations on manufactured parts.
? Remove burrs, sharp edges, excess material, and surface imperfections without damaging parts or affecting required dimensions.
? Read and follow engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and applicable documentation.
? Visually inspect completed work and use basic measuring/inspection tools to verify part features and quality requirements.
? Handle parts carefully to prevent damage, while identifying and communicating defects or discrepancies to Leads, Supervisors, or Quality representatives.
? Maintain tools, equipment, accurate production documentation, and a clean, safe, and organized work area
? Other duties as assigned
Deburr Technician Preferred Skills Include:
? No prior training needed (entry-level candidate with willingness to participate in training and continuous improvement).
? Familiarity or experience using hand tools, files, scrapers, sanding blocks, oscillator sanders, 4-inch grinders, and hand drills.
? Experience working with pedestal grinders, belt sanders, sand blasting, tumblers, and drill presses.
? Demonstrated ability to develop proficiency in deburring techniques, inspection requirements, materials, and manufacturing processes.
? Strong focus on maintaining safety, quality, and proper tool care.
? Proactive attitude toward identifying manufacturing concerns and communicating with team leaders or quality representatives.
Deburr Technician Requirements Include:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Ability to work with hands for an 8-hour shift.
? Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and stand or sit for up to 8 hours. ? Ability to work in a dusty environment wearing masks, safety glasses, and ear protection for an 8-hour shift.
? Ability to work overtime and day/swing shifts as needed.
? Follow all established safety, quality, and production procedures while meeting productivity expectations.
? Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
? Must provide 3 professional references
