You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead planning delivery across projects and tenders, ensuring effective scheduling, monitoring and performance outcomes.
- Provide strategic direction aligned with business objectives, driving long-term planning success across sectors and hubs.
- Uphold safety, quality, sustainability and compliance standards, championing a culture of wellbeing and inclusion.
- Support contract, commercial and business development activities through diligent planning and risk management.
- Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Share knowledge, promote best practice and strengthen team capability through continuous learning and innovation.

You’ll need to have:

- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in the built environment or related discipline.
- Experience delivering planning services across construction and built environment projects.
- Proficient in planning tools, programme development and stakeholder engagement.
- Working towards a recognised professional qualification (e.g. CIOB, APM or PMI).
