About the Role
This is a high-ownership content marketing role at a fast-growing AI SaaS company, sitting within the Marketing team and covering the full customer journey for the German-speaking market. You will define how businesses discover and connect with the platform, shaping voice and messaging across every channel and touchpoint.
What You'll Do
- Own website and landing page copy for the German-speaking market.
- Write high-performing copy for paid channels including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Script ad creatives for YouTube and paid social campaigns.
- Create and execute organic content strategies across social platforms.
- Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content.
- Improve messaging through user research, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing.
- Native-level German writing and communication skills, with fluent English.
- Demonstrated track record writing high-performing copy for paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) with measurable results.
- Background in B2B SaaS or another fast-growing software environment.
- Strong grasp of performance marketing principles and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, performance metrics, and data-driven iteration.
- Experience building and executing organic social media content strategies across multiple platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for experimentation.
- Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, or customers on content production is a plus.
- Familiarity with product positioning, go-to-market frameworks, or user research is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: 65,000 to 100,000 EUR annually . Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid, based in Vienna, Austria .
