Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a dynamic recruiting team supporting a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role is ideal for recruiters who thrive in high-volume environments, can operate independently, and are passionate about building strong partnerships with hiring managers while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

This position offers the opportunity to recruit across a variety of technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations-focused roles within an innovative industry. Successful recruiters will manage a substantial requisition load, proactively drive hiring processes forward, and contribute directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage approximately 45-55 active requisitions while ensuring an efficient and organized recruitment process.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
- Recruit for a mix of high-volume positions and specialized, hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Monitor applicant pipelines and requisition activity, identifying positions that require proactive sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insight and recruitment guidance.
- Drive accountability throughout the hiring process by obtaining timely feedback, scheduling interviews, and removing process bottlenecks.
- Evaluate talent availability, market trends, and recruiting challenges to determine effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools to maintain accurate candidate and requisition records.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.

Required Qualifications

- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources , preferably within manufacturing, engineering, operations, or other complex recruiting environments.
- Proven success managing a high-volume requisition workload.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to recruit for both volume-based and niche technical positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer service mindset with a focus on stakeholder partnership and candidate engagement.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilton, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
