About this role
We are looking for a Operations Specialist in our Finance Operations team. This team member will assist in coordinating the support and enablement of our Sales and Delivery teams in Central Europe (DACH and Eastern Europe).
You will focus on the fulfillment, financial compliance, and readiness of customer orders, as well as interactions with financial partners. You will be involved in the team's daily activities and operational performance processes.
- Establish strong relationships with Sales, Service, and other stakeholders across retail and B2B to support customers in their sales and delivery journey, train field teams on financial processes and products, and build strong operational relationships with financial partners and banks to promote quick problem-solving and handle complaints.
- Support the successful onboarding of new employees as well as with administrative tasks of team organization, such as shift and vacation planning
- Review and approve required documents for vehicle delivery and/or payment, ensuring accuracy and punctuality. Also monitor the correct processing of all tasks before delivery, proactively prevent and resolve financial risk cases, and clarify deviations immediately.
- Your responsibilities include overseeing your team's tasks and providing support to your colleagues. The day-to-day operations of the business, particularly in cases involving escalation and complex issues.
- Collaborate with them to develop solution strategies and implement them. Manage and reduce Accounts Receivable and Funding Delay metrics while driving compliance with payment terms from Financial and Enterprise partners.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment with demonstrated success in driving change and improvement.
- Preferably, experience in automotive and/or finance operations.
- Highly motivated and positive individual with a desire to make a difference.
- Technologically savvy and able to work with internal business systems.
- Fluent in German and English.
