About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Analyst to support its Automotive business. The role will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure customer orders are placed accurately and that payment, delivery, and scheduling requirements are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Sales team in placing and processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure orders and deliveries progress smoothly according to required schedules.
- Monitor payment status and requirements to ensure payments are completed in line with agreed timelines.
- Track order fulfillment and delivery schedules from order placement through final delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of order status, payment status, delivery dates, and delivery locations.
- Provide regular, timely updates to the Sales and Operations teams on order progress, expected delivery dates, and delivery locations.
- Proactively identify potential delays, discrepancies, or issues, and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders to resolve them.
- Follow up consistently on outstanding actions to ensure commitments and timelines are met.
- Maintain organized procurement and order-related documentation and records.
- Support reporting and tracking activities related to orders, payments, deliveries, and outstanding items.
- Perform other procurement and operational coordination activities as required.

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, order management, supply chain, or a related operational role; automotive-industry experience a plus.
- Experience coordinating orders, suppliers, deliveries, payments, or similar end-to-end processes.

Requirements

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other business productivity/reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience in the automotive industry or a high-volume order environment.
- A demonstrated, verifiable track record of reliability and follow-through
Shift Time: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
