Schedule: On-site, Mon-Fri 8am-430pm
Salary: $55 - 75K/yr, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Management: Issue, manage, and process Purchase Orders (POs) exclusively within NetSuite ERP. Maintain accurate vendor records, lead times, safety stock levels, and item pricing within the system. Supplier & Vendor Management: Communicate regularly with domestic and international suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, delivery timelines, and maintain vendor performance standards. Inventory Control & MRP: Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to monitor raw material inventory, prevent stockouts, and analyze MRP outputs to trigger reorder points. Cost & Flow Optimization: Track open orders, resolve shipment delays or product discrepancies, and audit incoming invoices against POs to ensure accuracy. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, operations, and finance teams to streamline procurement processes and support production schedules.
Qualifications
NetSuite ERP Experience: Required. Proven, direct experience managing procurement, purchasing, or inventory within NetSuite. Purchasing/Procurement Background: 2–5+ years of buying or supply chain experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $70,000.00
