Shift Schedule: 1st shift, M-F (6AM-2:30PM).

Pay Range : $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Summary

The Kitting Manager leads all aspects of the kitting process, ensuring timely, accurate assembly and packaging of materials to support production goals.

- Oversee the entire kitting process, ensuring timely execution and quality control
- Manage inventory levels for kitting materials and ensure accurate stock availability
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to meet project requirements
- Train, supervise, and evaluate kitting staff to ensure high performance
- Monitor and analyze kitting performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a safe working environment

Requirements

- Proven experience in kitting, warehousing, or assembly operations management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration
