Job Summary

Shift Schedule: 1st Shift (8 Hours)

The Digital Cut Operator is responsible for supporting manufacturing and production operations by operating digital equipment, preparing materials, completing tasks, and ensuring products meet quality standards. This role works in a fast-paced production environment and plays a key part in delivering high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.

- Operate and monitor digital production equipment and machinery according to established procedures.

· Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.

- Inspect products throughout the production process and identify quality issues before shipment.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, materials, and output as required.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve workflow challenges.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
- Assist in other production-related duties as assigned.

Production employees may work across multiple areas of the operation, including machine operation, material preparation, finishing, packaging, quality inspection, and general production support.

Requirements

Critical Skills & Experience:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to color check and match prints.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, fabrication, print production, warehouse, or machine operation environments preferred.

Physical Demands:

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to safely work around moving machinery and production equipment.
- Ability to maintain visual attention to detail and product quality.
