The Opportunity:
Be part of something bigger! CACI is seeking an SAP FM/GL Functional Consultant to support the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM), a unified, four-star combatant command responsible for delivering global transportation and logistics support to U.S. military operations worldwide.

In this high-impact role, you'll help power the systems that enable USTRANSCOM to conduct globally integrated mobility operations and sustain the Joint Force in support of national objectives. You'll work on cutting-edge SAP S/4HANA technology as part of CACI's growing portfolio of customers actively investing in SAP's modern ERP roadmap.

Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design

- Architect Funds Management and General Ledger solutions to meet complex business requirements
- Provide thought leadership on emerging SAP technologies and their alignment to strategic and tactical roadmaps
- Configure and document SAP FM/GL module functionality and integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO/AR/TM/SD/Assets, etc.)
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP systems and other USTRANSCOM enterprise systems, including ERP and logistics applications

Requirements & Specifications

- Document business requirements and create detailed functional specifications
- Develop system configuration documents and maintain accurate, up-to-date system documentation
- Provide scope and effort assessments for maintenance and enhancement change requests
- Participate in solution reviews and walk-throughs to communicate designs and validate proposed solutions

Configuration & Testing

- Configure SAP FM/GL functionality according to requirement specifications
- Configure financial modules and ensure proper integration points with other SAP modules
- Test end product functionality to ensure it meets specifications
- Work with technical resources to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues

Support & Collaboration

- Provide Tier II/Tier III support for reported incidents and system issues
- Collaborate with SAP team members to ensure timely task completion and project delivery
- Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies and team activities
- Support SAP system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations aligned with USTRANSCOM's evolving mission needs

Training & Knowledge Transfer

- Develop comprehensive training materials for end users
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to build organizational capability
- Document procedures, processes, and system configurations

Qualifications:

Required:

- An active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of SAP implementation, enhancement, and O&M support experience
- Strong expertise in SAP Funds Management (FM) and General Ledger (GL) configuration
- Proven ability to configure SAP financial modules and understand cross-module integration points
- Experience documenting requirements, developing functional specifications, and creating system configuration documents
- Ability to work effectively with technical and business teams in troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Strong communication skills for solution presentations and stakeholder engagement

Desired:

- SAP S/4HANA implementation or support experience
- Familiarity with Department of Treasury's Government Invoicing (G-Invoicing) processes
- SAFe Agile methodology experience
- Usability (UX/UI) design experience
- Data Analytics experience with tools such as SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) or Tableau
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or federal government financial systems
- Knowledge of federal financial management regulations and compliance requirements

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
