CACI is hiring experienced Project Leads to serve as the on-site leaders responsible for day-to-day program execution, government engagement, team performance, and delivery of mission-critical services. Working directly with government stakeholders and CACI leadership, this individual manages personnel, requirements, cost, scope, schedule, deliverables, and work performance to ensure successful program execution.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary on-site CACI lead for day-to-day engagement with government leadership, stakeholders, and mission partners.
- Lead assigned project personnel, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, communication, workload management, and alignment with customer requirements.
- Manage project cost, scope, schedule, staffing, deliverables, and performance to ensure contractual requirements and customer expectations are achieved.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead client meetings, project reviews, status updates, working groups, and other government engagements.
- Track requirements, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and action items while driving issues through resolution and maintaining execution timelines.
- Monitor project financial performance, labor utilization, travel, ODCs, forecasts, and resource requirements to support effective cost management.
- Coordinate development, review, quality control, and timely delivery of contractual and customer-directed deliverables, reports, briefings, and work products.
- Assess team and project performance, identify execution risks or deficiencies, and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and schedule.
- Translate government priorities and evolving requirements into executable tasks, staffing actions, schedules, deliverables, and measurable performance objectives.
- Serve as the senior on-site representative by advising leadership, resolving execution challenges, mentoring personnel, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications:
Required:

- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- 10+ years of experience managing projects, programs, or operational teams supporting defense, intelligence, or national security missions
- Demonstrated experience managing cost, scope, schedule, staffing, deliverables, risk, and performance within government contracting environments
- Experience serving as a primary interface with government customers, including leading meetings, managing requirements, communicating status, and resolving execution issues
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, establish accountability, manage competing priorities, and deliver quality products within established timelines
- Must be comfortable managing/monitoring project financials, staffing, labor utilization, forecasts, milestones, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics

Desired:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, National Security Studies, or a related field of study
- PMP certification
- Experience supporting DoD, Combatant Commands, Special Operations, Information Operations, Irregular Warfare, intelligence, or similar operational environments
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams, managing senior government relationships, and serving as an on-site project lead for complex defense programs

Pay Range :

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
