Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and safety-focused Cherry Picker Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating order picker / cherry picker equipment to move, retrieve, stack, and store materials efficiently within our facility.

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Operation
Safely and efficiently operate a Cherry Picker (Order Picker) to move, retrieve, stack, and stage inventory stored at elevated racking levels.
Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working order; report any maintenance needs promptly.
Navigate narrow aisles and warehouse spaces with care and high spatial awareness.

Material Handling & Warehouse Tasks
Assist with order picking, staging outgoing shipments, receiving goods, and organizing stock in designated storage locations.
Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory verification using pick lists or warehouse management systems.
Handle products with care to prevent damage during movement and staging.

Safety & Quality Control
Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, standard operating procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Use required safety harnesses, fall protection gear, and equipment controls properly at all times.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area, ensuring aisles remain clear of obstructions and hazards.

Productivity & Accuracy
Meet daily warehouse operational standards for order fulfillment speed and inventory accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with team members, warehouse leads, and logistics managers to fulfill daily operational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

Equipment Experience
Proven experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker in a fast-paced warehouse environment is strictly required.

Background & Skills
Previous experience in warehouse operations, material handling, distribution, or logistics settings.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy rate in inventory handling and order fulfillment.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Must possess and wear steel-toe boots or shoes at all times on the job site.

Physical Capabilities
Ability to comfortably and safely operate machinery at elevated heights.
Capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), and maneuver equipment continuously throughout the shift.

Work Schedule & Career Advancement
Regular Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
