Schedule: Monday – Friday (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Compensation: $20.00 -$22.00 / HR (D.O.E.)
Position Overview
PrideStaff is currently recruiting for a top local manufacturing and distribution company experiencing strong production growth. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused Forklift Operators with a stellar work ethic and a "can-and-will-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Material Movement & Staging: Safely load and unload materials from production lines, trucks, and flatbeds. Move materials throughout the warehouse to keep production flowing efficiently.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, or cranes).
Machine Support: Operate or cross-train on other production machinery as needed to support team goals.
Safety First: Maintain strict safety practices at all times and follow standard warehouse protocols.
Independent Execution: Use sound judgment to accomplish daily operational tasks under general supervision.
Qualifications & Job Requirements
Experience Required: Recent hands-on forklift operator experience with a documented history of safe operation at a prior employer. (Note: Certification alone without recent on-the-job experience will not qualify).
Certifications: OSHA Certification required. Experience with multiple forklift types (sit-down, stand-up, etc.) is a plus.
Core Competencies: Strong mechanical aptitude, familiarity with standard warehouse safety practices, and willingness to learn operational processes.

Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Must provide proof of recent, relevant work history, including at least 3 professional business references (with contact phone numbers from prior supervisors/managers).
Must have consistent, reliable transportation to and from the job site.
