Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour
Shift/Working Hours: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
About the role:
PrideStaff is partnering with a manufacturing team to find a detail-oriented Grinder/Polisher[cite: 1, 12]. In this key quality-focused role, you will refine, grind, and polish metal components to precise specifications prior to final shipment.
What you will do:
Operate hand tools and automated grinding/polishing equipment to remove excess material, burrs, and surface imperfections.
Finish metal parts to target specifications (matte, satin, or mirror) and inspect completed work against blueprints and technical instructions.
Maintain safety protocols, use protective equipment, and perform final craftsmanship checks on outgoing items.
