Who you are:

-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
-College courses or experience in marketing preferred
-Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Summary:

The Move In Coordinator focuses on resident move-in and move-out details and administratively supports the sales and marketing team.

Essential Job Duties:

- Responsible for all assigned data entry into the sales system. Ensures all sales, deposit, move in/move out data is entered timely and accurately.

- Assists Director and Residency Counselor with sales process as needed.

- Coordinates and meets with future residents to assist with paint/flooring selections and customizations. Ensures that units are acceptable at final walk through prior to move in.

- Coordinates resident move-in and move-out details, working closely with physical plant and environmental services departments, to ensure that units are available for incoming residents on a timely basis.

Rate of Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
