Then come and join our Malaysia team as OTC-Order Fulfilment Specialist (Singapore & Malaysia) and you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes across Singapore and Malaysia, with expertise in order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational excellence. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Product Specialists, warehouses, distributors, and logistics providers to ensure seamless supply chain operations, regulatory compliance, inventory availability, and exceptional customer service. Experienced in SAP transactions, inventory replenishment, purchase order and invoice management, controlled drug reporting, product hold administration, and operational process improvement to drive efficiency, accuracy, and business performance.

Your Role:

- You are responsible to ccoordinate with Sales, Project, Finance, Customer Service, and Product Specialist teams to ensure accurate project and operational records.
- You are responsible to manage customer account assignments and order fulfillment activities, including order confirmations, invoicing, and backlog monitoring through SAP.
- You are responsible to track and maintain Special Authorization Request (SAR) records and controlled drug transaction reports in coordination with warehouse operations.
- You are responsible to validate invoices and investigate or resolve pricing discrepancies.
- You are responsible to monitor order-related costs and process non-conformance costs with appropriate escalation.
- You are responsible to ssupport stock take activities, inventory control, and stock replenishment for customers and warehouses.
- You are responsible to coordinate Material Replenishment Planning (MRP), including stock forecasting and replenishment planning.
- You are responsible to process and post Goods Receipts (GR) in SAP for distributors and customers.
- You are responsible to Administer Product Hold (PHCT) activities and system updates.
- You are responsible to monitor and report products affected by Field Safety Corrective Action (FSCA) notifications.
- You are responsible to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and provide shipping documentation and delivery updates.
- You are responsible to manage import and export shipments for affiliates and third-party customers.
- You are responsible to pprovide operational support for customer service functions and business operation
- You are responsible to support internal stakeholders with product procurement and warehouse withdrawal requirements.
- You are responsible to handle ad-hoc ordering requests and prepare operational reports for internal and external customers.

Your qualification and experience:

· You obtained a minimum Diploma in Logistics & Operations Management / Supply Chain or related discipline

· You have prior working experience in distribution, trading or 3PL or 4PL multi-national environment

· You have prior working experience and knowledge of local and international logistics procedures, practice, and norms

· You have prior experience in medical diagnostics and/or healthcare would be a distinct advantage

· You have experience working with Oracle SAP system will be an advantage

· You are proficient in Microsoft Office Applications eg MS Excel, etc.
