QM Professional

Come and join our global team to drive quality excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the organization. In this role, you will support the implementation and evolution of the Quality Management System, ensuring transparency, compliance, innovation, and a strong quality culture throughout the organization

- Drive and monitor customer experience and quality performance indicators, including NPS and CXI measures across the end-to-end customer journey.
- Foster a transparent and open quality culture in close collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure quality risks are identified, assessed, and effectively managed throughout the design and operation of the Quality Management System.
- Create real-time transparency through quality reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions, preventive actions, and continuous improvement.
- Drive innovative and digital quality solutions that improve operational excellence and business performance.
- Promote creative problem-solving methods and support the implementation of innovative quality initiatives.
- Deliver training and coaching on quality methodologies, tools, standards, and best practices.
- Ensure implementation, maintenance, and assessment of applicable quality standards, legal requirements, and internal procedures.
- Analyze and optimize business processes using Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping.
- Support corrective and preventive action initiatives and monitor implementation effectiveness.
- Coordinate quality-related activities and initiatives across multiple functions and stakeholders.

Work Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar area.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and quality methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management principles.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience with digital quality tools, reporting platforms, and quality analytics solutions is considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change without direct people management responsibility.
- Very good English skills (spoken and written).
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and quality management tools.
