Then come and join our global team as Global Project Manager Service Parts Hubs (f/m/d) to drive the international scaling of our service parts repair and refurbishment hubs. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the transformation of our Customer Services business and support the successful establishment of new hubs from planning through to go-live.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will take ownership of the global scaling and rollout of regional service parts repair and refurbishment hubs, thereby contributing to the strategic transformation of Customer Service.

• You will plan, manage, and be responsible for the establishment of new hubs from ramp-up through rollout to successful go-live across multiple international markets.

• You will lead the industrialization of a proven pilot concept and ensure its sustainable transition into a scalable operational setup.

• You will manage project governance, timelines, and milestones across the key workstreams of project setup, Quality & IT, location, material management, parts integration, and staffing.

• You will coordinate local project coordinators as well as relevant stakeholders from Quality Management, R&D, Business Areas, Logistics, and IT, ensuring the successful implementation of business requirements.

• You will ensure the operational readiness of the hubs through the implementation and adaptation of quality documentation, SLAs, SOPs, and work instructions, while ensuring audit and quality-gate readiness.

• You will be responsible for location and infrastructure readiness, including tooling and ESD equipment, SAP-based traceability, and the establishment of required cost and profit centers in close collaboration with SCM and Finance.

• You will regularly report project status, risks, and decisions to Steering Committees and the global program governance.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You hold a successfully completed university degree, preferably in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration, or a comparable field.

• You have many years of experience in project or change management of complex international initiatives from planning through to go-live.

• You hold a recognized project management certification, such as PM@Siemens, IPMA, or a comparable qualification.

• You bring comprehensive knowledge of service parts operations, repair and refurbishment processes, as well as quality and compliance requirements.

• You have experience working in international and matrix organizations, preferably with deep experience in Customer Service, Quality, R&D or Logistics.

• Experience in one or more of our pilot markets, such as the United States, China, Brazil, or India, is an advantage.

• You bring a strong can-do attitude and a high level of initiative, going the extra mile when needed to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

• You work in a structured, self-driven, and results-oriented manner and proactively drive topics with a strong execution mindset.

• You operate confidently in international teams, effectively align diverse interests, and foster cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.

• You bring strong intercultural competence as well as a willingness to travel internationally (10-20%).

• You have business-fluent English skills. German or additional language skills relevant to our pilot markets are an advantage.

Depending on the experience and qualifications background of the applicant, task enrichment into the area above the general pay scale is possible.
