Join our Total Rewards team as an apprentice to support Compensation and Benefits activities for EMEA.

Location: Île-de-France

Your missions:

- Support and assist various local and regional projects related to compensation, in collaboration with the Total Rewards EMEA team
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and prepare compensation-related reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in regular Compensation reporting activities, notably related to the IT tool used for awarding rewards and recognitions.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communications related to compensation to employees.
- Support the Head of Total Rewards EMEA in preparing presentations and decision-making materials for management.
- Participate in the administration and communication of our social benefits offers on FBL
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for management to present data, results, and recommendations.

Work Experience

Required Skills:

- You are pursuing studies in management, business administration, human resources, or a related field, ideally with a specialization in HR.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel (advanced), PowerBI, Word, and Outlook; experience with SAP and/or WorkDay is a plus.
- You have a strong interest in HR data analysis.

Your Profile:

- You have very good knowledge of English, enabling you to communicate clearly and precisely.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills, rigor, and autonomy.
- You are motivated, curious, and able to quickly familiarize yourself with diverse topics.
