Position Summary

Tisun Beauty Supply is seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused IT & Data Analyst to support our growing retail operations. This position will combine technology support, data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence to help the company make informed operational and business decisions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, analyzing data, identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and communicating findings to leadership and store teams. This individual will help ensure that business systems and data are accurate, reliable, secure, and useful for day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Technical Support

- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees and store locations.

- Troubleshoot computers, POS systems, printers, networks, software, and other technology-related issues.

- Assist with setup and configuration of computers, user accounts, software, and other technology.

- Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers when additional support is required.

- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, systems, users, and technology-related issues.

- Help maintain appropriate security practices, access controls, and user permissions.

- Assist with technology implementations, upgrades, and system improvements.

- Support the adoption of new software and technology throughout the organization.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret business and retail data.

- Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership and management.

- Analyze sales, inventory, product performance, customer trends, labor, and other operational data.

- Identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities within company data.

- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to make information easier to understand and use.

- Monitor data quality and help ensure information is accurate and consistent across systems.

- Translate complex data into clear, actionable information for non-technical team members.

- Assist leadership with data-driven decision-making and business planning.

Business Operations

- Work with store management and leadership to identify reporting and technology needs.

- Help improve processes through automation, reporting, and technology solutions.

- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.

- Assist with system integrations and the flow of information between business applications.

- Maintain documentation for reports, processes, systems, and procedures.

- Support special projects involving technology, reporting, operations, and business development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

- Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of a degree.

- Experience in IT support, data analysis, business intelligence, retail technology, or a related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

- Experience working with data, reporting tools, databases, or business systems.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and identify practical solutions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to explain technical or analytical information to non-technical employees.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with company, employee, customer, and business information.
