Tisun Beauty is an established beauty supply retailer with 30 years in business and four store locations. We help customers express their personal style through hair, beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories.
The opportunity
Create marketing that connects customers with Tisun Beauty products and stores. This role turns beauty trends, customer insights, and campaign results into engaging content and effective promotions. You will balance creative content with commercial results. Campaigns should reflect the products customers can actually find in stores and online, with accurate offers, consistent brand presentation, and clear coordination with the teams serving customers.
What you will do
- Plan campaigns for social media, email, store promotions, and the website.
- Create and schedule content, respond to brand inquiries, and maintain consistent messaging.
- Coordinate offers and product launches with store and online teams.
- Research trends and develop approved influencer and community partnerships.
- Track engagement, traffic, sales impact, and campaign spending to improve results.
- Maintain a content calendar with deadlines, approvals, and promotion details.
- Coordinate product photography or video and obtain required permissions for featured people or content.
- Check published offers, links, and product details for accuracy before and after launch.
- Prepare concise campaign reports explaining results and recommended next steps.
What you bring
- Demonstrated marketing experience; beauty or retail experience preferred.
- Knowledge of social media, email, SEO, and paid digital campaigns.
- Strong writing, creative judgment, and analytical skills.
- Marketing or related education preferred; design and content tools experience helpful.
- Ability to manage content deadlines and coordinate feedback from several business partners.
- Portfolio demonstrating clear brand communication and measurable campaign outcomes.
Schedule and work environment
Work may include store visits and scheduled events or content production. Location, hours, and any weekend event coverage will be confirmed during hiring.
