Ready to take the wheel as a leader in autonomous vehicle operations?
We’re seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead our client’s Vehicle Operator team. You’ll work alongside operators, support vehicle software and hardware testing, and keep daily fleet operations safe, efficient, and on track.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support Vehicle Operators during daily operations.
- Ensure teams follow safety procedures and meet performance standards.
- Coordinate schedules, complete shift documentation, and provide performance feedback.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and collaborate with fleet leadership.
- Lead by example, supporting assignments both inside and outside vehicles.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience .
- An active AVT permit and excellent driving history.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to safety, operational efficiency, and team development.
Previous instructor, team lead, or supervisory experience is a plus, along with two or more years in autonomous vehicle operations.
Available Shifts
Choose from these schedule options, based on availability:
- AM: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
- PM: 3:45 PM–12:15 AM
- Workdays: Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday
Training requires one month of travel.
