The Missile Advanced Concepts & Engineering (MACE) Program Management Deputy is pivotal to defining the future state of the business and establishing the strong technology and capability positions needed to achieve that vision. The MACE Deputy will help to shape future customer requirements while driving Missile Concepts and Architectures, associated technology, and product and transition-to-production strategies to best position 1LM capabilities across Strategic & Missile Defense (SMD) and all our internal and external partners. The MACE Deputy will lead the team to identify, develop, and create products that align with a coherent business strategy and accelerate the development, integration, demonstration, and transition plans of new and novel concepts for the SMD Portfolio. The MACE Deputy will leverage operational, engineering and business expertise, and personnel networks across the company to align technology, investment, and customer roadmaps. They will bring courses of action forward to MACE and our partnering Mission Segments withing SMD. As part of the above, the MACE Deputy will work with the MACE leadership team of Engineering, Business Development, Operations, and other professionals in the engagement, recruitment and talent development of the team.
Key Responsibilities -
* Help drive the execution of all assigned projects to the MACE organization, including but not limited to new concept development, tool development, white paper or proposal support, and other new business activities as required.
* Partner with the Mission Segments and other key stakeholders in the SMD Line of Business to develop strategies, roadmaps, and deliverable products that align with the market and drive growth.
* Work with LM functional leadership to support the recruitment, training, and growth of MACE full time assigned team members, as well as any surge support needs based on specific assigned projects.
* Develop business cases that reflect all sources of funding required to progress new concepts or technologies, including but not limited to internal LM funding lines, Customer CRAD opportunities, or other available new business funds.
* Support collaboration with other Lines of Business and Business Areas, including but not limited to developing business/capture strategies, concepts, roadmaps, etc. that seek to provide advanced capabilities to our customers.
* Develop MACE execution products, to include staffing plans, execution budgets, estimates, schedules, etc
Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience as a leader on IRAD, CRAD, Development Programs, or similar
• Successful experience in leading teams in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to form and develop high performing teams in a cross functional environment
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and across the LM enterprise
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor others, including through direct leadership as well as influential leadership across matrixed or business boundaries
• Must be able to travel based on current or future assigned work-minimum 25%
• US CItizen with an Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain SCI and Special Access level clearances
• Bachelors Degree in Business or related area

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $182500.00 - $338900.00

* For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
