Standard Job Description
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing Program Tooling projects, serves as liaison between Tool Engineering, project teams, Manufacturing Engineering and management teams. Reviews status of projects, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Basic Qualifications
Expertise in precision measurement activities across aerospace, defense, and research programs using state‑of‑the‑art laser tracker systems, 3D scanning technologies, and CAD‑based metrology software. The role ensures that dimensional data collected from components, assemblies, and test articles meets stringent accuracy, repeatability, and traceability requirements, enabling high‑confidence engineering decisions and compliance with contractual specifications.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
