About this role
# Purpose of the position
Manage the full lifecycle of company assets, including equipment/fixture s , consumables, packing material and chemicals as well as all other procurement, customs clearance/importation, and ongoing asset tracking. M aintai n accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods within an organization.
# Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory to prevent shortages or excessive overstock .
- Track inventory in and outbound , including receiving, shipping, and storage activities .
- Conduct regular physical cycle counts and audits to reconcile any discrepancies between actual stock and records
- Generate reports and analyze inventory data to forecast demand, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper storage, distribution, and timely replenishment
- Follow and Maintain inventory control systems and best practices, including software tools for tracking and reporting .

Education and work experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Some knowledge of inventory management software, spreadsheets, and dat a analysis tools
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and time management
- Prior work in inventory control, warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics is often preferred
Skills:
- Experienced in MS Office , spreadsheets and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with global suppliers and internal teams.
- Language Fluent in English.
Working conditions
- On-site work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility with designated cleanroom areas for precision equipment; compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards.
- May require occasional weekend hours to support production plan, emergency repairs, or project implementation.
