We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to support our global logistics operations. In this role, you will analyze freight costs, carrier performance, and operational data across international lanes.

You’ll act as the bridge between logistics operations and finance, digging into the numbers to spot cost inefficiencies, audit carrier invoices, track spending against budget, and provide actionable insights that keep our global supply chain lean and reliable.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze global transport spending across ocean, air, and road freight. Monitor cost variances and identify opportunities for savings or optimization
- Build and maintain daily/weekly dashboards tracking key operational metrics (on-time delivery, carrier pickup reliability, transit times, and volume trends)
- Evaluate carrier compliance against agreed SLAs and provide data-driven insights for regular carrier performance reviews and procurement discussions
- Spot bottlenecks and financial leaks in global shipping workflows, presenting clear data to leadership to drive operational improvements

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience as a Data/Supply Chain/Logistics Analyst, preferably within a global or multi-regional environment
- Strong understanding of logistics cost structures (freight rates, surcharges, demurrage/detention, customs duties) and financial basics like invoice auditing and budgeting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) and experience working with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or SAP
- Strong analytical ability to crunch large datasets and translate raw numbers into clear business recommendations
- Excellent written and spoken English to collaborate with international teams, local operations, and finance stakeholders
