About this role
Responsibility Summary:
Assist in the day-to-day functions of the manufacturing floor. Functions may include, but are not limited to:
- Unloading Trucks
- Emptying chip barrels
- Deburring of parts
- Sandblasting
- Moving & organizing raw material
- Operating machines
- Maintaining fluids in machines
Minimum Skill Required
- Must be able to lift 85 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have at east 2 years of solid working experience
- Must be able to work 8+ hours per shift
- Must be able to work full time and have great attendance
- Must posses the basic mechanical ability
- Must possess a courteous and positive attitude as well as have a sense of urgency, drive, pride and desire to succeed
- Should be safety and quality minded, detail oriented and have basic match and computer skills
- Should be able to read and take direction in English
- Forklift experience is preferred-responsible for operating a forklift to load/unload materials from trucks
