Office Support Specialist

Aston Carter's client is seeking an Office Support Specialist to join their team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role supporting vehicle intake and coordination processes through high-volume outbound calls, data entry, and administrative support. Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to vehicle owners and pick-up locations to gather vehicle and location information
- Handle 80-100 calls daily in a high-volume environment
- Accurately enter customer and vehicle information into company systems
- Document detailed notes and follow specific client procedures
- Communicate professionally through phone and email correspondence
- Support team operations with administrative and customer service tasks

Must Have:

- Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Reliable transportation (location is not accessible by public transit)

Nice to Have:

- Automotive industry knowledge
- Experience with insurance companies or towing services
- POS payment processing experience
- Microsoft Teams experience
- Bilingual language skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
