About this role
- Learn to perform tool change overs, end of arm tooling and process startups
- Learn to identify root causes of process issues dealing with machines, tools and parameter settings
- Learn to monitor processes on all IM machines to ensure stable processes.
- Learn to maintain top quality of our products, continuous process improvement on all IM machines
- Learn to improve machine efficiency and utilization.
- Learn to analyze customer returns to solve process related issues.
- Learn to optimize set up of injection mold tools and secondary cutters and equipment
- Learn to work closely with Planning to optimize uptime and change overs
- 5S Activities on-going
- Projects assigned by Technology Manager or Plant Manager
- All other duties deemed necessary by your supervisor
- Computer Skills necessary
Qualifications
- Able to perform in production environment, learn to operate heavy equipment, operate forklift, work around and operate cranes, and work directly with high voltage electronics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent
