Job Title: Telehealth Medical Assistant Job Description We are seeking dedicated and patient-oriented Certified Medical Assistants to assist with a Telehealth program project. This is a fully remote position where you will play a crucial role in assisting patients. CMAs will offer support and guidance on the use of their kits provided to them. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate collection of patients' vitals. This is a high-volume, remote environment where empathy, efficiency, and accuracy are essential. Responsibilities
- Provide support and guidance to patients on using telehealth kits.
- Handle inbound calls and offer exceptional customer service.
- Ensure accurate collection and documentation of patients' vitals.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
- Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems efficiently.
Essential Skills
- Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (accepted from AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CMA.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy and able to work with computers independently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a telehealth or remote healthcare setting is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for HIPAA privacy.
- Strong clinical experience to determine out-of-range vitals in patients.
Work Environment This is a 100% remote position where CMAs can be located anywhere in the U.S. but will operate off of the Eastern Time Zone. Candidates must have a private, enclosed office space in their home to ensure HIPAA privacy, free from distractions and interruptions. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or holidays, offering two shifts: 8am EST to 4:30pm EST or 11:30am EST to 8pm EST. During the first week of training, candidates must be available to work between 9am EST and 5:30pm EST.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
