Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
As Technical Problem Solving Expert Wide
Band Gap (WBG, SiC and GaN) you will:
- Lead problem-solving teams and support our
WBG-program with SiC and GaN
- Contribute to complex development or
innovation projects for the next generation of power semiconductors
- Apply and improve problem
solving methodology combined with strong analytical background
- Continuously
enhance your technical expertise in the area of base material, metallization,
chip frontside passivation and frontend/backend interaction topics
- Drive improvement
projects during the phase of innovation and development as well as during
product ramp-up
- Proactively collaborate with R&D partners in all
divisions, Frontend& Backend unit process development, integration and
innovation teams & external scientific partners
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
You are best equipped for this task if you
have:
• A university degree in Material Science, Physics, Electric Engineering
or a similar scientific-technical field
• Several years of working experience
in semiconductor technologies including high motivation for applying problem
solving methods, preferably already holding a valid Thinking 6 Sigma (T6S) certification
• A solid technical background and expertise in semiconductor technologies, Frontend or Backend processing and integration
• An excellent analytical and strategic mindset and strive for high quality standards
• A deep knowledge of statistical methods and professional data assessment
based on quantitative or qualitative data source
• The ability to communicate
effectively in a cross-functional, multi-site and international environment and
the willingness to travel internationally on demand
