Key Responsibilities:

Support the quarterly planning and execution of marketing and communication activities, following agreed timelines, budgets, processes, and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the local Marketing and Sales teams, agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, content, and events.

Maintain accurate trackers and documentation, follow up on approvals and deliverables, and support activity reporting.

You Will:
• Support the administration and coordination of quarterly marketing plans, activities, and budget trackers. • Prepare and maintain activity requests, purchase requisitions, supporting documents, and campaign records in internal platforms. • Track approvals, timelines, creative assets, and deliverables, and follow up with the relevant teams when needed. • Coordinate day-to-day communication with Marketing, Sales, agencies, suppliers, and alliance partners. • Collect, organize, and check marketing materials and documentation for completeness and brand compliance. • Prepare proof-of-execution files, status updates, and basic activity reports. • Maintain marketing databases, trackers, shared folders, budget files, and reporting tools. • Support website updates and the adaptation or localization of marketing and communication materials for Romania. • Share approved campaign assets and information with internal and external stakeholders. • Support local marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, product launches, and corporate communication projects. • Assist with event logistics, registrations, suppliers, agencies, promotional materials, and on-site coordination. • Help monitor relevant market, media, and competitor updates and summarize useful information for the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field is nice to have.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing support, marketing operations, communications, or a similar role.

• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks and deadlines.

• Experience maintaining trackers, documentation, budgets, purchase requests, or reports.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English.

• Attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working.

• Ability to follow established processes and coordinate approval workflows.

• Comfort working with internal teams, agencies, suppliers, and business partners.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, brand guidelines, and communication activities.

• Experience supporting events, PR, content, or digital marketing activities is an advantage.

• Interest in technology and the IT industry is an advantage.
