Job Title: Recruiter I Job Description This role serves as a Recruiter Business Partner supporting North America Customer Fulfillment operations. You will manage recruiting activities for large, high-volume warehouse sites, focusing on the earliest stages of the delivery network. The position emphasizes operational excellence, strong stakeholder partnership, and efficient handling of recruiting processes across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Operate as a Recruiter Business Partner with a strong customer-facing and internal hiring focus.
- Manage end-to-end recruiting operations for approximately 2025 warehouse and fulfillment sites, each with multiple roles and hiring needs.
- Oversee the first section of the delivery pipeline by supporting large warehouses where inventory is stored and prepared for movement to distribution centers.
- Handle high-volume hiring cycles, including sudden spikes in headcount needs when sites delay requisitions until they become urgent.
- Process offers accurately and in a timely manner, including creating, updating, and tracking offer statuses.
- Track candidate offer acceptance and maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and related tools.
- Manage internal transfers and support internal mobility processes in alignment with business needs.
- Monitor and manage multiple Slack channels for each assigned site to share updates on offers, interviews, and hiring progress.
- Conduct proactive check-ins with site leaders to anticipate hiring needs and reduce the risk of unexpected volume surges.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with site leaders by being direct, professional, and responsive.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including recruiting coordinators and hiring teams, to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain strong organizational systems to manage multiple requisitions, roles, and priorities across different locations.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and high-volume workloads while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement of recruiting operations and processes within the customer fulfillment network.
Essential Skills
- 13 years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments, preferably supporting multiple locations or business units.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage offers, track acceptance, and handle internal transfers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles, requisitions, and priorities simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes and high hiring volumes.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with site leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear and direct written and verbal communication.
- Proactive approach to identifying hiring needs and preventing last-minute volume spikes.
- Resilience and adaptability when managing complex, high-volume recruiting operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge as a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) or in a similar coordination-focused role is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge in recruiting operations within warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment environments is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Slack or similar collaboration tools for managing communications across multiple teams and channels.
- Experience supporting internal mobility or internal transfer processes.
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline in tracking candidates and offers.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal offer negotiation, focusing on operational and administrative excellence.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $36.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
