About this role

We are the center of excellence for YouTube's Global Vendor Operations, responsible for designing and managing the governance solutions that ensure our outsourced partners strictly adhere to all contracts, policies, and operational standards.

In this role, you will support a dynamic vendor strategy, governance, and compliance team. You will help build and maintain supplier governance foundations for a globally scaled Vendor Operation supporting YouTube. You will use AI to streamline our contract and governance workflows, while using your strong investigative skills to validate outputs, fix edge cases, and enforce strict compliance.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $90000 - $128000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, or data analysis roles.

- Experience leading projects, including planning, issue tracking, process documentation, and cross-functional communication.

- Experience with data analysis using spreadsheets or databases.

- Experience working with AI tools and managing productivity improvements.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with, or understanding of, procurement, contracts, and contract life-cycles.

- Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning new internal tools, and thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Brings enthusiasm, resilience, and a proactive mindset to both projects and routine tasks.

- Excellent written, verbal, and cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Collaborate closely with the Contracts and Solutions Lead to support solutions consultations on pilot programs and experimental vendor engagements.

- Manage the timely processing and tracking of routine commercial terms updates to SOWs, Order Forms, etc., and maintain the data ecosystem of our vendor engagements.

- Contribute to the development of financial cost models and assist in drafting Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses.

- Support the implementation of process improvements aimed at automating or enhancing legacy systems by using AI tools available to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Update and maintain commercial term databases.
